Having formed the backbone of the plant by removing the branches that have lost their luster, broken branches and not aesthetically grown, as well as excessive seedlings, further adjustment is carried out with regular (year-round) pruning, which limits the rapid growth of shoots in unwanted directions.

The seedling that came to our land from the North American continent has retained winter-resistance inherent in the vegetation of its homeland. Shrub grows to a maximum of 3 m. Touching the ground, its shoots take root easily. Starting from 4-5 years old, the shrub annually blooms with five-centimetric milky-white inflorescences in May, giving a yield of white-blue, juicy fruits in autumn. 2-3-meter bushes of Flaviramea variety with beautiful yellow-green shoots will not allow the soil to crumble on the slopes of the garden plot. Of the garden ornamental varieties, Hosta Albomarginata is the most popular, probably due to the elegant white edging of the foliage.
