Breed of Hungarian mangdalintsev, which surprise with its unusual appearance, are becoming increasingly popular in Ukraine. Their main feature is that they have red meat and tender greasy layer, which is ideal for cooking Spanish delicacy jamon.
According to farmers, the Mangdalin pork will soon be able to completely replace the iberik pig meat, which is used for the classic ham. It is possible that soon, a domestic delicacy will appear on the shelves, which will fully compete with Spanish.
