To prevent this from happening, you need to know about the timing, temperature and problems that arise when storing potatoes. We also offer to get acquainted with the materials on storage in the winter, on the balcony, in drawers, in the refrigerator, in purified form.
You can compare the yield and marketability of different varieties in the table below:

Features of growing
The most preferred soil for potato "Nevsky" is fertile sandy and light loam. They allow you to get the greatest harvest of potatoes.
"Nevsky" very sensitive to low temperatures. Potatoes can be planted only with the onset of stable heat and the warming up of the soil not lower than 6-8 ° C. With the same purpose, do not delay the harvest. As soon as by the middle of August the leaves grow dry and the leaf leaves dry, you can start digging the potatoes.
Another feature of the variety is the proper preparation of planting material. Tubers react very negatively to the breaking of the eyes. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out pre-planting germination of potatoes in time to avoid overgrowing and possible breaking of the shoots.
For planting use only whole small tubers weighing 50-70 grams. Cut large fruit into parts with eyes is unacceptable. Yield losses with this method of planting can be up to 50%.
In the process of cultivation, use all known agricultural practices:
- hilling;
- mulching;
- watering;
- fertilizer.
