Decoction
A decoction is good when the body does not take fresh juice. You can cook the broth according to the following recipe:
- 1 large root vegetable cleaned and rubbed on a coarse grater.
- Pour the resulting mass with 1 liter of cold water and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
- The resulting broth is cooled and let it brew for another 1 hour.
- Strain out.
Drink a third of a cup twice a day regardless of the meal.
Course duration 1 month. If desired, repeat the course after 5-6 months.
Juice mixes

Bolotov's balls
- Take 1-2 beets, wash it and squeeze the juice with a juicer.
- Add some honey to the beetroot cakes and roll them with your palms into small balls the size of beans.
- We swallow the finished balls without chewing on 1 tbsp. spoon for 20 minutes before eating.
Store cleansing balls of beets can be in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.

Kvass
Kvass from beets and black bread not only cleanses the liver, but also suppresses the vital activity of pathogenic microorganisms in the intestine.
It will take:
- boiled water - 1.5 l;
- peeled medium-sized beets - 6 pcs;
- black bread - 0.5 kg.
Bread and beets cut into pieces, pour water and set to ferment in a warm place for 3-4 days. During fermentation, mix the brew 2-3 times a day. Ready kvass filter.
Keep refrigerated. Take 2 tbsp. l 3 times a day for half an hour before meals. The course is 1-2 months. After 3 months, if desired, repeat the course.

With kefir
This method is one of the toughest.therefore, it is better to use it for those who have no contraindications.
For cleaning, it is recommended to eat no more than 1 kilogram of boiled beets during the day, and drink up to 1 liter of kefir. You can simply boil the beets, peel and grate or cut into cubes, seasoning with a small amount of olive oil. Duration of cleaning - 1 day.
On this day, be sure to drink up to 1.5 liters of plain non-carbonated water. All this is consumed during the day for several 5-6 receptions.
Important! You can not eat beets and drink it with kefir, as this will lead to heaviness in the stomach.
You can divide the reception in this way:
