Take:
- cabbage forks - 400 g;
- mushrooms - champignons - 200 g;
- carrots - 1 pc .;
- repch onions - 1 pc .;
- sour cream - 3 tbsp. l .;
- salt and spices to taste.
Step-by-step recipe:
- Rinse the cauliflower well.
- Cut the leaves, disassemble the forks into buds.
- Pour into a pot of water, put on fire.
- Dip the inflorescences in boiling water, cook for 3 minutes.
- Drain water through a colander, wash the cabbage with cold water.
- Wash carrots and onions, peel them.
- Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into small cubes.

- Fry the onions and carrots until golden brown.
- Rinse the champignons well.
- Slice them into medium thickness.

Another simple, quick and healthy recipe is rice stewed with cauliflower. To prepare such a dish, you will need:
- long grain rice - 250 g;
- cabbage - 250 g;
- tomatoes - 2 - 3 pcs .;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- salt and spices.
Cooking with step by step recipe:
- Rinse the rice well, put it in the pan.
- Pour the cereal 500 ml of cold water, put the dishes on fire.
- Rinse the cauliflower well and prepare it as in previous recipes.
- Lay it to the rice as soon as the water boils.

With beans
- Rinse the beans well (200 g) and soak them in cold water overnight. Boil the beans in salted water for about 1.5 hours until fully cooked.
- Prepared cauliflower (300 g) boil in salted water for 7 to 10 minutes (more nuances about how much to boil cauliflower can be found here). Rinse and peel carrots and onions (1 pc each). Grate carrots, cut onions into large cubes.
- Fry vegetables until cooked in a pan, add to them finely chopped sweet pepper (1 pc.), 2 cloves of chopped garlic and cauliflower.
- Add spices, simmer for 20 minutes. Add the finished beans to the pan, mix everything, add spices if necessary. Stew the dish for another 5 to 10 minutes and can be served.
With carrots
- Boil the prepared cauliflower in salted water (1 l) for 5-7 minutes. Put it in a colander, but do not drain the water.
- Add 9% vinegar (250 ml), sugar (200 g), salt (1.5 tablespoons) and vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) to water, boil everything for 5 minutes.
Put the finished cabbage in a deep bowl, fill it with the resulting marinade.
- Well washed and peeled carrots (2 pcs.), Rub on a coarse grater, and mix with chopped garlic (4 cloves). Wait until the marinade has cooled, add garlic-carrot mixture and spices to it.
- Put the dish in the fridge for 5-8 hours.
Table feed options
Since cauliflower, as an independent dish, is not often used for food, its presentation options directly depend on the products with which this vegetable is prepared.
- If cabbage is part of the salad, then it can be put on a flat dish, decorated with green lettuce.
- If the vegetables are baked, then the finished dish can be sprinkled with finely chopped fresh herbs and pour over any sauce.
