2018 is the jubilee year for the Russian Union of Rural Youth. This public organization originates in 2008 and since then has brought a lot of benefit to both its participants and the country as a whole.
The support of the rural youth throughout the 10 years is provided personally by the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Aleksey Gordeyev. According to him. Over the years of its existence, the union has implemented more than a hundred important projects of national importance, while involving about five million people.
“Today, the Russian Union of Rural Youth has an extensive network of representative offices that work in 76 constituent entities of the Russian Federation and unite more than 60,000 activists,” says Gordeyev.
According to the minister, among other things, rural youth actively promotes the development of the potential of the Russian agro-industrial complex.
The solemn celebration of the tenth anniversary of the Russian Union of Rural Youth will take place on December 6 at the Central House of Scientists of the city of Moscow.
The program of the event includes performances by artists and creative groups, a special show of folk costumes from different regions of Russia, a master class on the author's painting of wooden toys, a themed photo zone and much more.
